I took a quick glance at dependecies and I couldn find one on any dhcp
client.
I think this may be because there is no dhcp-client-agent defined right
now in debian ,nor in storm ,AFAIK ,and you can't just depend on say
pump ,which seems to be installed by default.For some people pump won't
work.I guess it was overlooked.
