~ a pal in the States kindly sent me in Greece, a CD of Storm-Hail 2.05
The Install Program looks SUPERB . . . the best, and starts detection
flawlessly.
BUT, when it comes to selecting the Installation Partition, the program
seems to have a strong mind, all its own %#$@
My 'puter has IBM 30 gig HardDisk with 11 Partitions
Selecting "Custom", and activating the Swap partition, I then
check hda9 and click on the side_box and choose / for the root.
~ the Next result, is, that a screen tells me I must select root (/).
Part. to install to . . . which I have done { again, & again }
I have tried many variations on the theme, but am defeated :(
Is there a work_around, please ?
