I just got it last week out of Debian unstable and actually kind of like
it. It is much better than the
file manager that comes with Gnome. I have played with some of the
things the Macintosh does and I am fairly impressed with some of the
stuff they got already done with Nautilus.
It was an easy install but I was running unstable already. apt-get
install nautilus I believe was
what it was. It looks like a file manager. It has some drag and drop
capabilities that are cool. Like dragging a background onto the
Nautilus window and it setting the background. It also
does a pretty good job of previewing files and stuff.
Hope that answers you questions.
