I suspect the helix packages are compiled against woody, which means they
use libc6 2.1.97 soon to be 2.2. I'll have to check to be sure.
Also, instead of using the Helix install script, use the proper apt line in
your /etc/apt/sources.list file like this:
dep http://spidermonkey.helixcode.com/distributions/Debian woody main
In your case, you might try:
dep http://spidermonkey.helixcode.com/distributions/Debian potato main
Instead. I don't know for sure if this will work or not, but it might. I've
upgraded one of my Storm (hail) drives to woody for development work.
