Using Adaptec's Easy CD, you will want to burn a "disk image".  As I recall, you
will find that under the "File" menu.  Once in that dialog, you will find it
defaults to the Adaptec image format but if you pull down the list combo box at the
bottom you will find the iso option.  Just burn that, remembering to close off the
burn session, and you should be able to boot to the CD.

If you double click the iso in a Windows File Manage, Adaptec (ver 3.52?) should
popup ready to burn it properly - with the exception of setting closing the CD off
after the burn.

(All this is speaking from memory.  Like Carl, I usually burn from linux.)
