I recently upgrade to unstable/sid and I'm having some problems getting
my soundcard (awe/64) to function. Using sas or modprobe, or even
trying to manually insert the modules, using insmod i get the same error

sound-slot-0 failed
it worked fine under both potato and woody, so i doubt something is
physically wrong with the card, but I guess anything is possible.
modutils was upgraded along with everything else, i ran depmod -a, what
else can i try?
