Well, since the original point of the message was that stormix's servers
are down, I'm not sure how helpful those two lines would be.
Just substitute "ftp.ca.debian.org" for "ftp.stormix.com", and you'll be
fine. It's a decent mirror - not as fast as stormix though, especially if
you live in the Vancouver area, so you'd probably want to switch it back
as soon as stormix is back online.
