If you do not see any thing then you havent been portscaned or have any attempts been made to make connections to your box. A test you can make is to use a dial up connection and try and FTP your current ip # at the firewall box. All the logs I have seen off my box have been with spoofed IPs in the 192.168.X.X range here on the local cable system. I reported this to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and in a few days it stopped :). Some of the port scans you see will be from your own ISP, they are looking for servers that are not allowed under the TOS for certain plans they sell to endusers. Most charge much more if you are running a server. Steve Hi my name is Flame Bait. What is yours? PS: Someone please kill the SOB who signed us up for the SPAM :( _______________________________________________ Stormlinux-users-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.stormix.com/community/lists/listinfo/stormlinux-users-list
