BTW: if you use linksys cards, they use the tulip driver. However, the one
supplied with the 2.2 series kernel *may* not work. I had this problem with
a new firewall machine I'm building that uses two 10/100 linksys cards.
To solve the problem, you need to grab a new source file, and a couple other
files from the author of the driver. Go to: http://www.scyld.com/network and
follow the instructions there on how to compile a new tulip driver *IF* the
one that comes with your kernel fails to work.
