Modules can be found at search.cpan.org - search for
DBD::Oracle.  Download the file to any directory - I usually use
/usr/local/src and unpack them there.  Then cd to the directory, type
"perl Makefile.pl", then "make", "make test" (optional) then "make
install".  Perl will copy it to its own directory (usually something like
/usr/lib/perl5) and make any appropriate subdirectories.

Works for me.
