Wow, didn't think anybody ran Micoms anymore. If I read this correctly, you are running two different networks behind the FW that is using masquerading. I would not recommend running masquerading with two networks behind it. Also, try putting the Micoms into Bridge mode and run a single network instead of two. The Micoms will put the network together by themselves and setup the routing. Under the current setup, you can only go out throught the network on network 2 but not on network 1. I tried this with two ethernet cards and a dialup and same thing happened. I tried static route and was able to connect the two LAN but the dial-out w/masq did not work properly. There are other possiblities depending upon the type of dialup but this is just a quick idea to try. Hope this helps.
