Hello to all,
The following link is a column on the housing bubble in places like Los Angeles, New York, Washington, and other megaplex cities. I sometimes get the impression that St. Paul is headed that way. It certainly seems that Minneapolis in the Uptown area has arrived there. (See the Sunday Star Tribune) Economic pressures (ie cost of fuel) on people working great distances from their places of employment could force a housing bubble to start expanding in our fair city. There may be some countervailing factors, such as internet-enabled working from home, but they have not come about as of yet.
