When the people were sold on the state lottery, it was supose to be for education, then after the people were conned into going along with it, at the last minute it was ammended to have the money go to the greater minnesota corporation or whatever its called, its basicly the general fund. To believe that this time they really mean the money is going to education is pathetic. They can't fund education with it, or how will they con us in to there next scam.
If you really believe its for education I'll sell you a 40 million dollar swamp aka St. Paul airport with 40 million dollar flood wall that some say will never be improved, never carry heavy cargo planes, never be a noise problem. (had to bring the thread back to St. Paul Issues)
