ExceptionHandler.handle(...) does not receive StripesRequestWrapper

When an exception occurs and is handled by an ExceptionHandler, the
ExceptionHandler is passed the original request object instead of the
StripesRequestWrapper. It would be nice to pass in a StripesRequestWrapper when
possible.
