lack of jsp tag to output localized message

Currently, Stripes doesn't have any JSP tag which supports outputting localized
messages as a clear text (not inside label tag). For me that tag should be a
mix of functionality provided by the JSTL's out and set tags:
* it should output the localized message for the given key,
* like JSTL's out tag, it should have default and escapeXml attributes ,
* like JSTL's set tag, it should have var and scope attributes to save the
message in variable.
Also it should fit to the concept of resource bundles supported by Stripes.
Now, there are resource bundles for the error messages and field names. Maybe
the third one should be added or it should be only one?
