Marcus, I just tested your example app against both the latest trunk build and
the latest 1.5.x branch build. Everything worked fine for me whether I filled
in the fields or not. Please try this again and let me know if you're still
having this problem. I'd like to resolve this quickly, as we're trying to get
1.5.2 ready to go.
