Label tag ignores body if resource text was found
-------------------------------------------------

                 Key: STS-733
                 URL: http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-733
             Project: Stripes
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: Release 1.5.2
            Reporter: Juergen Kohl

Currently the label text to be displayed when using the label tag is on a
either-or basis. Either the text comes from a resource or it comes from the tag
body. For some situations it would be better to display BOTH parts.

Following example: <stripes:label for="name" >: *</stripes:label>
It's important for me to have :* within the label tag.

Is there any reason why not to render the body every time if present? Or maybe
it could be controlled via an extra tag parameter.

Please have also a look at http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-580
Not the same usecase but I think this issue should also be considered.

If you are looking for a developer for these issues please feel free to contact
me.
