The "field-metadata" tag should include "ignore" validation attribute
---------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: STS-778
                 URL: http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-778
             Project: Stripes
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Tag Library
    Affects Versions: Release 1.5.3
         Environment: n/a
            Reporter: Mike McNally
            Priority: Minor

It sounds pointless; why would I put a field in a form when "ignore" is true?
Well, that *is* the point, in fact - I want my UI framework to be able to tell
me that I've goofed up the form (or the action). However, as it stands today,
the "field-metadata" tag does not provide the page with the value of "ignore"
for fields.

I suspect this would be almost trivial to do.
