Carl Krig commented on STS-831:
-------------------------------

Wow, ty, will try it!

Use case;
Multiple forms on one page, stacked vertically, and when you submit a form way
down you don't want to find yourself at the top after the reload. Not your
typical every-day type of webform, but for backoffice admin apps it really
makes you work faster if you have lots different data available on one screen
in multiple search forms where one links into another (by prepoulating fields
or doing multiple searches).

> Hash anchors (#) in form action breaks binding to ActionBean

>    Affects Versions: Release 1.5.6

> Problem:
> <form action="/My.action#my"> gives an ERROR ... tag.FormTag - Could not
> locate an ActionBean that was bound to the URL [/My.action#my]. Without an
> ActionBean class Stripes cannot determine whether the ActionBean is a wizard
> or not. As a result wizard behaviour will be disabled.
> Expected:
> Properly bind to same as "/My.action" would have. More specifically, drop the
> hash mark and everything that comes after.
