For most other lifecycle stages, the lifecycle gets cut short if at any
point, a resolution gets returned (which is what happens on B&V errors).
However, ResolutionExecution stage does get called, as well as its
interceptors, because the resolution still needs to be executed.

However, if something bad happens (e.g. exception thrown), all bets are off.
Only RequestComplete will be called, since it is in a finally block. That's
a good place for resource cleanup.

Sorry if I gave more information than necessary, I just happen to be buried
in that stuff right now ;)
