I've noticed that the problem only seems to happen with STRIPES:TEXT tags
nested inside LABEL tags.  If I use the STRIPES:LABEL tag, the error class
is appended correctly, but then you can't nest Stripes input tags inside the
label--even though this is perfectly acceptable HTML (see:
http://stripes.mc4j.org/jira/browse/STS-372).  If I use a regular HTML label
(no Stripes) with a nested STRIPES:TEXT tag, both the label and the input
tag get the correct classname in Firefox, but not in Internet Explorer.
