I really don't use anything. I use Jetty and I have it scan for changes. The reload takes 5 seconds, tops. Not bad really. Now, that is going to change a bit if I use Freddy's plugin because I turn scanning off. I'd need to find a solution that is Spring sensitive since that is what drives my dao and service layers.
