Hi Karsten - Thanks, this looks really nicely done. Our requirements are slightly more, eh, exotic. (Our use of SSL is something our user pay for, so we configure it by a setting in the context.)
I'm not sure that's something everyone would want, but you may want to consider the SSL settings to be a runtime configuration option. Anyway, great stuff.
