Hey Richard,
Responses are mixed in...
"I still don't get the point. Whats wrong with doing the following..."
Because the value that is stored in the Set is instantiated at the time the
servlet context listener is initialized and is accessed statically and
non-statically. If I were to make the injector simply a non static then i
couldn't access it from the static location. If I made it static then i
could access it from the non-static. Since I can make the Set a static and
instantiate it right away, both the static and non-static can easily access
its contents. If that still doesn't makes sense and I'm completely missing
something (which is entirely and easily possible) feel free to check out the
code and apply the change. If it works let me know and I'll change it.
"Tell me if you need a helping hand"
Feel absolutely free to check out the code from the SVN. It should be
publicly available. If it isn't i need to setup anonymous access for it. You
can submit code changes either through the forum or in an email to me.
"I'd like that. Helps a lot if somethings goes wrong."
You write buggy code? I *never* write buggy code... oh wait... was that me
who had double injection on the ActionBean... ah crap... nevermind.
