Hi, Can anyone tell me if the Stripes Framework is still alive and well. When is the next version of Stripes 1.7 likely to be released?
I am no expert on GitHub but I downloaded a 1.7 maven version build which failed at many levels. Is Java 8 the baseline and what other external dependencies are needed? If the version on GitHub is aplha and/or beta version then I guess there are still teething problems before the final release. Also, will the demo sample application (BugZooky) be upgraded for Java 8? Any feedback on Sripes 1.7, info, regular update info or formal release date would be greatly appreciated. Important, as I have a mission-critical web application in development phase.
