I definitely think that "confirmPassword" belongs in UserFormEx.java,
and working with the XDoclet team, maybe we can figure out a way to make
this work.  Currently, XDoclet is smart enough to put a parent's
information into it's artifacts (i.e. .hbm.xml or validation.xml), so
there's actually two form validations generated - one for userForm and
one for userFormEx.  The one for userFormEx contains the parent's info,
plus its own - pretty slick IMO.
