Here's some installation instructions:

Struts Resume, which is based on AppFuse, uses Velocity for rendering
Resumes, so you could look at it for configuration settings.  Basically,
you'd just need to add it to the "lib" directory, configure it in
lib.properties and then include the jars in the "package-web" target.
