Problem with html:form tag

I found a problem with the way the html:form tag handles the focus attribute
for nested properties. The fix for this should be quite simple, but I am
unfamiliar with the process of submitting patches, or even finding out if
this bug has already been fixed. Can someone point me in the right
direction.
