Can you provide a more specific use case, or description of the 
enhancement you'd like to see?  It's not really clear what you're looking 
for.

If you're looking for an event-based system like in Java Swing, that doesn't 
seem to fit with the Request/Response model of the web.  However, it 
also doesn't mean that you can't write events and eventlisteners and wire 
them together in your Action classes if you need to.

This question may be better for discussion on one of the mailing lists, 
unless you can provide a more specific description of some 
enhancement.
