http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13565 To "errors", add prefix, suffix, header, footer attrs, to "messages", add prefix, suffix attrs ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-10-18 20:38 ------- Note that in any of my suggestions for adding "header", "footer", "prefix" and "suffix" attributes to either of these tags, it should be clear that these are obviously OPTIONAL attributes. If you want the prefix and suffix markup to be defined on the page, and not appear "mysteriously" from somewhere else, then don't set "prefix" and "suffix". This doesn't deal with "header" and "footer", however, which still need to be defined externally, as we can't easily define markup in the page that occurs before the first message/error or after the last one. Thus, this suggestion, in particular, would not cause any changes to existing usage of "messages" or "errors". -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:struts-dev-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:struts-dev-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
