Struts is a workingman's framework, and all anyone is saying is that they will be working in other areas. If someone stepped up and wanted to do more work on the tags, no one is going to stop them. Everything depends on what contributors choose to contribute. If you are making the early transition and wish to contribute a document like this, I'm sure we be happy to roll it into the documentation.
