The struts-blank.war at SourceForge is the 1.0 version of the 
blank application for 1.1. So, the best answer would be blank.war 
for 1.1 and the struts-blank.war for 1.0. =:0)

Of course, if you and Erik wanted to work on struts-xdoclet 
through the SF site, just send me your SF ids =:0)
