I'm going through the LICENSE text at the top of the sources ... I see that
I neglected to change "Tomcat" to "Struts" originally, and the year range on
the copyright needs to be updated.
In addition, you will see some refactoring of common code in several of the
tags into RequestUtils and ResponseUtils methods.
