http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5942 computeURL miscalculates query string for redirect Summary: computeURL miscalculates query string for redirect Product: Struts Version: 1.0.1 Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Utilities AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] the RequestUtils.computeURL function always uses the encoded ampersand character. This is fine for most links, but fails when the URL is a redirect URL. In that case, the URL is incorrect and the new target sees incorrect parameter names (they are preceded by amp;) I have a small webapp that demonstrates the errant behavior if you need it. Recommended solution is to not use the encoded version of the ampersand if the URL is for redirect. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
