Date for 1.1 beta release

Sorry I haven't been really reading any emails pertaining
to this subject... but when is the planned release time
for 1.1 beta?  If it's kinda soon (2-3 weeks) I'll make time
to finish off commons-resources and outstanding file upload
stuff ASAP. Apologies for my lack of participation in all this.
