Well, the value is already a path (interpreted as subapp-relative).

This is actually the intent -- the controller would use this value in a
mapping.findForward() call, and then do the usual calculation to get the
actual URL (including redirect support, which we currently don't have) of
the input page to redisplay.

That's why I had suggested using "forward" as the attribute name in the
first place.
