DynaValidatorActionForm does not validate data

The purpose of the DynaValidatorActionForm is specifically to look up the 
validation rules based on the path rather than the form name.  This allows you 
to define different rule sets for the same form based on different pages, 
which can be very useful when you have a generic form with many unused fields 
for any one page.

When you use it, you specify the path name rather than the form name in the 
XML file.  I've just retested and it works fine for this.
