Browsing features of IDEs can certainly do this (although you usually have to right-click and select from a popup menu), but that requires you to load the source into the IDE project. We also have the cvsweb repository for browsing source code. Examining the tradeoffs, I like what java2html does, but I guess I don't see enough value to making the output part of the distribution.
