http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17801 'password' type skipped for minlength and maxlength Summary: 'password' type skipped for minlength and maxlength Product: Struts Version: Nightly Build Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Validator Framework AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] The type check for 'password' is missing in the minlength and maxlength javascript check. This is inconsistent because when the data is posted, the type of field is dropped and the server side check reports the results for minlength/maxlength on the field. In short, javascript and server side are out of sync on this check. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
