There are probably quite a few people looking for such a thing. I was merely questioning the role of the contrib directory as a staging area for moving into the standard release. I don't know squat about WML so I will be of no help in fixing bugs in the taglib. If the majority of other committers are in the same position, it makes it difficult to justify moving it into the standard release. There is already a sourceforge project called struts-wml http://sourceforge.net/projects/struts-wml/. Have you looked at this?
