I spent days trying to figure out why my chained actions kept having empty forms. You shouldn't let it sit around. The problem is that newbies will try to do this because: everybody talks about how you should chain actions, newbies wanting to make everything perfect will implement a reset method, then they try to use these chained actions and nothing works.
