Hello, Committers, I updated and created Japanese message resource bundles corresponding to current CVS. I post a patch, http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27195
If it is possible, would you apply this before Struts1.2 final release, please. It is simple, so needless to test. #If it is not applied, Japanese message resources will be in #a incomplete condition, and Japanese users will get confused.
