Regarding the comment I made for the bug below, is there any "authority" required to set a bug as invalid or is it open for anyone to do so (with a good reason of course :) )

On a side note they both work on Firefox (which is based on Mozilla 1.6 so maybe the bug is actually with Mozilla 1.5?)
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to resolve this bug as invalid so I'll leave that to someone else to do :) (Am I allowed to as a "pleb"?)
