Hi guys, I am a Apache Velocity-Tools developer and I just noticed you have removed the forwardURL(HttpServletRequest, ForwardConfig) method, that was introduced in Struts 1.1, from RequestUtils in favour of forwardURL(HttpServletRequest, ForwardConfig, ModuleConfig). Any reason not to deprecate first, before removing altogether?
