The tabbed menu is supposed to match it's selected tab based on the URL 
- so if the URLs match, it should select it.  I have seen issues with 
JSESSIONID screwing it up.  Look at the JavaScript - you could add 
alert's to see why it's not matching.

For instance, the following URL should select the "Contact" tab and set 
the color of "Phone" to black:

http://raibledesigns.com/struts-menu/tabbedMenu.jsp?Phone
