Put the key of your message in the "title" attribute. If you're using
Struts, it'll default to using its ResourceBundle. If you're using
another framework, I'd suggest using the EL and setting JSTL to set the
bundle in web.xml. You can also use the "bundle" attribute to point
directly to a RB - just like you do w/ Struts.
