Thanks Matt and apologies for the cross post. As original post stated: We have also not been able to replicate the problem via load testing. I have tried a number of things to no avail. Either I am not hitting it with enough load or in the right scenario.
Can you comment please on the "patch" that I had applied to DisplayMenuTag.java: A) Does the latest release address issues surrounding url rewriting? As far as my snooping in the code base could tell, the issue still exists.
