I have velocity-1.4.zip and velocity-tools-1.1.zip in my WEB-INF/lib. globalmacros.vm is in the classes folder, top level. I got the TabbedMenu displayer to work but when I try the Velocity displayer with, say, nicetabs, I still get the same error. I have nicetabs.js, global.css and nicetabs.css declared in the header. I have nicetabs.html in /templates and have config= defined accordingly. i'm using classicLayout.jsp.
