Hi,
it seems that the DTD avaliable at
http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/dtds/struts-config_1_0.dtd is version 1.3
In the Struts 20001209 the DTD version is 1.5. Should the DTD at the jakarta
site also be version 1.5 ?
