Might it not make some sense to use DocBook (http://www.docbook.org ... I
think) an XML format for describing technical documentation for Struts
documentation at some stage, plus Tomcat and the other Jakarta projects? I
know that the JBoss guys are in the process of doing this, it sounds like a
good idea to me. Separate content from presentation and all that, and
templates exist to transform DocBook files into HTML, PDFs, etc, etc
